Returns
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, in which items provided are in new, unused condition and returned in their original, intact packaging (including apparel and accessories).
Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Ena Athletics flagship stores or from our official web-shop.
In addition, we cover the cost of return shipping for eligible Ena Athletics products within the European Union.
For returns from outside the EU, customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs clearance expenses. Please note that expedited shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. However, we will cover the cost of shipping your exchange/replacement.
To begin your return, please contact us at support@enaathletics.com , or by filling out our form at enaathletics.com/contact, including your invoice number, order number, and the email address used to place the order.
To initiate a return, please either send an email at support@enaathletics.com or fill in our contact form at enaathletics.com/contact, by providing your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and only for products in new condition and original packaging.
Specifically, for domestic orders, we make returns easy with a “Pick-up on Delivery” service. In other words, your replacement item will be delivered, and you’ll hand the original product back to the courier at the same time.
Οn the contrary, for international orders either inside or outside the EE, we will first ask you for the dimensions and weight of your return package. Once provided, we will forward this information to our partnered courier. The courier will then issue a shipping label, which we will share with you. Please print and attach this label securely to your parcel. After that, a courier representative will come to your address to collect the package, and the return process to our facilities will begin.
Please note that return shipping and customs clearance fees, referred to countries out of EE, are up to the customer’s responsibility.
If you need multiple boxes for your return, just let us know via support@enaathletics.com or our contact form at enaathletics.com/contact, and we’ll arrange the appropriate shipping labels.
As a matter of fact, we offer free return shipping for eligible domestic returns.
For international returns outside the EE, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees, but Ena Athletics will cover the cost of shipping your new pair.

If you have received an Ena Athletics gear as a gift and need to return it, we’re here to help.
Gift returns are accepted only if the original order was placed through our official web-shop.
To process a gift return, we’ll need the original order number, the item(s) details being returned or exchanged, the purchaser’s name and address, and ideally the gift receipt from the Shipping Confirmation email.
We’ll also ask for your email address and shipping details.

We can only process returns for items purchased directly from Ena Athletics (flagship stores or web-shop).
If you purchased through a retail partner, please contact the store where the original purchase was made and they’ll be able to assist you directly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once our warehouse team has received and inspected your return. This process can take up to 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience as we complete this process.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@enaathletics.com, or via our contact form at enaathletics.com/contact, with your order number, invoice number, and the email address used for the purchase.
Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same model, provided the requested item is in stock.
For domestic orders, we’ll arrange a “Pick-up on Delivery” exchange. In essence, when your new item is delivered, you’ll return the original item to the courier at the same time. Once your exchange has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation by email.
Exchanges are only possible for different sizes or colors of the same model. If you are interested in a different model, please request a refund by contacting us at support@enaathletics.com, or by submitting our form at enaathletics.com/contact, and then place a new order for the style you prefer.
Surely, you can request another exchange within 14 days of receiving your replacement item, given that it’s in new condition and original packaging.

Because of the “Pick up on delivery” process you will be able to receive your exchange is the same time with the delivery of your old pair to the courier team.
Specifically, once you will receive your new pair, you have to deliver your old one simultaneously.
This procedure is for your own convenience, by avoiding extra actions.
