3. Payment Options
We accept payments through credit or debit card (processed securely by Stripe). Payment information is kept secure, and all transactions are encrypted for your safety. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated amount to the selected payment method.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via a trusted courier service with the following rates:
- Within Athens: €2
- Outside Athens: €4
Registered members qualify for free shipping on all orders. For customers preferring in-person service, we offer in-store pickup at our Golden Hall location, where you may also pay upon collection.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
